All our orders placed before 4PM (Monday-Saturday) are dispatched within 1 working day. However due to non-availability of stock for some items it may take up-to 2 - 3 working days for the order to be dispatch.
All orders will be delivered within 2-3 workings days after placing order.
The parcel will be delivered by TCS, Call courier or Post-Ex Courier Services. Deliveries are made between 08:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Yes, you can. Please ensure that you choose different delivery address while placing the order.
Yes you can. We will send it to your email or please call us on +92 301 3645000 to obtain the Tracking ID of your parcel and you will be able to track your parcel online.
You can make any changes to your order before completing the checkout process. However if you have already completed the order then please call us on +92 301 3645000 and we will make the changes for you. Please be informed that we will not be able to make any changes to your order if it has already been dispatched.
Yes you can cancel your order. Please call us on +92 301 3645000 before 1PM and we will cancel the order for you. Please be informed that we will not be able to cancel the order if it has already been dispatched.
